Echoing Quack (eQ) was formed with the notion of property investment in both (a) long-term rental properties, and (b) rent-to-own properties with a 24- or 36- month period.

The properties are located (at least thus far) out of state from our California office. eQ works with local property management organizations to oversee the properties in other locations.
